Established company
You deal with the decision-maker. No committees, no account reassignment every quarter.
Our operation
From the origin dock to your plant floor
We coordinate the full physical flow of international trade: negotiation at origin, cargo consolidation, ocean and inland freight, customs clearance and final delivery.

Services
International trade, handled end to end
Take the full flow, or just the leg where your team is stretched thin.
Turnkey import
We run the entire operation: purchase order at origin, Incoterm, freight, customs clearance and delivery to your plant. You approve a quote and receive the material; everything in between is ours.
Sourcing and supplier qualification
We identify mills, foundries, refineries and petrochemical plants able to meet your specification and your volume. Capacity, certificates and traceability are verified before any order is placed.
Export and market placement
We structure the outbound side: tariff classification, destination-country requirements, origin documentation and freight through to the end buyer.
Regulatory and customs advisory
Tariff classification, applicable regime, permits, valuation and correct use of trade agreements in force. We review before shipment, while fixing things is still free.
Multimodal international logistics
Ocean, air and inland freight, cargo consolidation, insurance and final-mile trucking. Unloading windows are coordinated with your plant, not with the port.
Landed cost modeling
We build the full landed cost — material, freight, duty, VAT, port charges, inland haulage — before you commit capital. No line items that surface later.
Commodities
The right input, to the right standard
Production stability depends on raw material consistency. We quote against technical specification, never against a generic description.
Every shipment ships with the producer's mill certificate. Where volume or criticality warrants it, we appoint independent third-party inspection at origin.
Steel
Hot- and cold-rolled coil, galvanized and prepainted sheet, wire rod, rebar, sections and structural tube. Supplied to ASTM, SAE, DIN or JIS, with heat certificates per lot and dimensional tolerances agreed up front.
Aluminum
Coil and sheet in 1xxx, 3xxx, 5xxx and 8xxx series, primary and secondary ingot, extruded profiles and foil. Alloy, temper, gauge and finish are set by your process: packaging, construction, transport or flexible converting.
Copper
Grade A cathode, 8 mm ETP rod, bar, strip and tube. Pricing is built on the LME reference plus origin premium, with the fixing window agreed in writing before shipment.
Scrap and ferroalloys
Ferrous and non-ferrous scrap graded to ISRI specification, ferrosilicon, high- and low-carbon ferromanganese, ferrochrome and silicomanganese. Chemistry, sizing and moisture are checked before the material leaves the origin yard.
Polymers
Prime and technical-grade resins: HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP homopolymer and copolymer, suspension PVC and PET. Selection runs on melt flow index, density and additive package to match injection, extrusion, blow molding or thermoforming.
Food commodities
Bulk and industrial-grade food inputs: sugar, vegetable oils, grains, pulses, flours and additives. Every shipment arrives with the sanitary documentation and certificates of origin the import permit requires, plus the producer's lot traceability.
Other industrial inputs
If your buying list includes something not shown here, send the specification. Twenty years of supplier relationships usually cover it.

International trade
Twenty years without losing sight of a single shipment.
Every operation runs through one counterpart who answers for the whole chain, from origin to your plant.
How we work
Five stages, no improvisation
The same procedure for a single container and for an annual supply program.
01
Requirement and quotation
We take your specification: standard, dimension, alloy or grade, volume and frequency. You get a landed cost with a stated validity period, not an FOB price that grows on the way.
02
Origin and supplier audit
We qualify the producer: installed capacity, quality certifications, shipment performance history. Where the material calls for it, goods are inspected before dispatch.
03
Documentation and customs
We classify the goods, confirm permits and apply whichever trade agreement fits. Paperwork is reviewed before sailing, not once the container is already at port.
04
Freight and tracking
We contract ocean freight, cargo insurance and inland transport. You get an ETA and a notice when it moves, without chasing anyone for status.
05
Delivery and final settlement
Unloading at your warehouse, handover of quality certificates and a final reconciliation of actual cost. If anything deviated from the quote, we explain it with documents.
Sectors
Industries we buy for every day
Each sector has its own standard, tolerance and clock. We quote in the technical language of each one.
Metalworking and structures
Sheet, sections and structural tube with tight tolerances and heat certificates for fabrication and erection.
Foundries and steelmaking
Graded scrap and ferroalloys with controlled chemistry for furnace charge and heat adjustment.
Packaging and containers
Can body and end aluminum, tinplate and food-grade resins, consistent lot after lot.
Construction and infrastructure
Reinforcing steel, galvanized sheet and sections for civil works and industrial building.
Wire and cable
Copper and aluminum cathode and rod with certified purity and conductivity.
Plastics converting
Resins selected by melt flow index and additive package for injection, extrusion and blow molding.
Coverage
Logistics that ignores borders
We buy where the material is competitive and deliver where your plant is.
Routing is decided by total cost and transit reliability, not by habit. When an origin stops making sense, we say so.
East and South Asia
Steel, aluminum and resins from the region's major steel and petrochemical complexes.
Europe and Türkiye
Special steels, ferroalloys and high-specification material to European standards.
North America
Supply that takes advantage of trade agreements in force and shorter transit times.
Venezuela
Customs clearance through Puerto Cabello and La Guaira, with plant delivery nationwide.
Latin America
Import and export operations to and from the region's main markets.
Home base
Naguanagua, Carabobo (Venezuela). Direct coordination with customs brokers, carriers and your procurement team.
Why Valencut
What changes when your supplier actually knows the trade
We don't compete to be the lowest line on a quote. We compete to be the lowest cost at year end.

One party accountable for the whole chain
No passing blame between the broker, the customs agent and the trucker. If something breaks anywhere in the chain, Valencut answers for it.
Compliance before speed
The expensive mistake in an import is rarely the freight: it's a misclassified tariff heading, a missing permit or a badly issued certificate of origin. Those get checked before shipment, not after.
Technical judgment, not a catalog
Twenty years in metals means we can discuss alloy, temper and chemistry with your plant manager, not just price with your buyer.
Transparent landed cost
You see the full cost structure before you approve. Surcharges that appear mid-route are our problem to solve, not an extra line on your invoice.
Direct, continuous dealing
Your account doesn't rotate between account executives every quarter. You always speak with the same people, and those people decide.
FAQ
What buyers ask before the first order
Straight answers. Where it depends on the case, we say so instead of promising a number.
It depends on origin, producer availability and the agreed Incoterm; a shipment out of Asia is nothing like one out of North America. The quote includes an estimated transit window, and we flag any change as soon as it happens, with the reason.
Not seeing your question? Write to us and we will answer with the detail your case needs.
Next step
Send us the specification. We'll send back the landed cost.
Standard, dimension, volume and frequency are enough to start. Anything missing, we work out with your technical team.
A quote commits you to nothing. Comparing one, more often than not, changes next quarter's buying decision.
